Make small dango balls (about 7g each)out of the dough. ②Place the dango balls in boiling water for about 5min. Remove from pot and transfer into ice water. ③ Drain very well.Put Five pieces into a bamboo skewer. ④Heat a frying pan and brush with a little oil and grill on it.(or you can grill on a wired mesh over medium heat until slightly brown) â‘€To make the sweet soy sauce,place the soy sauce,mirin, sugar,water,and katakuriko in a saucepan. ⑥Cook over low heat,atirring well.     MosoGourmet fans might remember the Strawberry Men from March, 2013 (has it really been six years?!). https://youtu.be/56dZkVLueyU They're back and we've made them into a tart. In this dish the Strawberry Men lie spread out in a bed of milk mousse. Oh how relaxed they look! *Recipe*18 cm tart) How to make the tart. To make by hand, reference this video https://youtu.be/KJUl4caiXrQ) 1. Place 200 g of flour, 40 g of almond powder, and 60 g of sugar in a food processor and mix briefly. 2. Add 100 g of unsalted butter, cut into small slices, and mix until smooth. 3. Add yolk from two eggs and mix. 4. Wrap in plastic and set in refrigerator to rest for an hour or more. 5. Stretch to 5 mm in thickness and lay in 18 cm tart pan. 6. Prick and chill in refrigerator until oven is pre-heated. 7. Place under stone weight and cook for 20 minutes in oven pre-heated to 180 degrees. Then remove stone and cook for additional five minutes. 8. Let chill. How to make Strawberry Men. 9. Make lemon water to prevent apples from browning. 10. Remove small pieces of apple with 17 mm diameter apple corer and place in liquid from step 9. 11. Drain water from apples. 12. Remove small pieces from strawberries with strawberry culler. Remove from rear to make for easy sitting. 13. Add heart-shaped sprinkles to apples from step 11. 14. Paint eyes with melted chocolate. 15. Insert apples from step 14 into strawberries from step 12. 16. Place on tart from step 8. How to make marshmallow mousse filling. 17. Prepare 100 g of marshmallows and 100 g of unsweetened yogurt in bowls. 18. Add 100 g of milk to items from step 17, half for each bowl. 19. Stir bowl of unsweetened yogurt. 20. Loosely cover bowl of marshmallows with plastic and heat for one minute and 30 seconds in a microwave at 600 watts. 21. Stir. 22. Add stirred yogurt from step 19. 23. Once crude heat has escaped, insert into tart from step 16 and chill in refrigerator. (About 100 g will be left over) 24. Cut into individual servings and eat! 2013幎3月もう6幎も前なのかに䜜った劄想グルメオリゞナルキャラクタヌの“むチゎマン”をタルトにしおみたした。 https://youtu.be/56dZkVLueyU タルトの䞭でミルクムヌスに浞かりながら寝そべっおる“むチゎマン”。 リラックストロベリヌマンですね。 *レシピ*18センチ タルト タルト䜜りたす。手で䜜る堎合はこちらを参照 https://youtu.be/KJUl4caiXrQ  フヌドプロセッサヌに薄力粉 200g、アヌモンドパりダヌ 40g、砂糖 60gを入れザッず混ぜる。 小さく切った無塩バタヌ 100gを入れ、サラッずするたで混ぜる。 卵黄 2個分を入れ混ぜる。 ひずたずたりにしおラップに包み、1時間以䞊冷蔵庫で䌑たせる。 5ミリの厚さに䌞ばし18センチのタルト型に敷き蟌む。 ピケしオヌブンの予熱が終わるたで冷蔵庫で冷やしおおく。 重石をのせ、180床に予熱したオヌブンで20分、重石を倖しお5分焌く。 冷たしおおく。 いちごマン䜜りたす。 りんごの倉色を防ぐためのレモン氎を䜜る。 りんごをくり抜き噚(盎埄17ミリ)で抜き、に぀ける。 りんごの氎気をずる。 いちごをくり抜き噚で抜きたす。座りが良いように埌ろを切り萜ずす。 にハヌトのシュガヌスプリンクルを差し蟌んで付ける。 溶かしたチョコレヌトで目を描く。 にをはめ蟌む。 に䞊べる。 フィリングマシュマロムヌスを䜜りたす。 マシュマロ 100gず無糖ペヌグルト 100gを準備する。 牛乳 100gをに半量ず぀加える。 無糖ペヌグルトのボりルは混ぜおおく。 マシュマロのボりルにふわっずラップを掛け、600wの電子レンゞで1分30秒加熱する。 混ぜる。 を加え混ぜる。 粗熱が取れたらに流し蟌み、冷蔵庫で冷やす。100gほど残りたした 切り分けお食べる #strawberrymen #marshmallow #tart #howtomake #むチゎマン #マシュマロ #ムヌス #䜜り方

I actually liked this product and have not been paid to give this opinion, it is my own. Things I loved about it: -looks : nice finish, nice responsive touch display. -easy to use presets and easily adjustable -easy to clean: non stick coating is awesome -convection feature reduces cook time and the slotted basket that holds the food allow for grease to drip through. Your food doesn't sit in oil during cooking. I made roasted potatoes in 20 minutes! This would take at least 45-50 minutes in a conventional oven. -I may actually toss out my deep fryer because of this product. Delicious fries without the oily mess of emptying out the deep fryer each time. -the exterior of the fryer stays relatively cool during cooking. This would be awesome for a hot summer day, no big oven to heat up your kitchen. -The basket size is actually quite large and you an make enough food in it to feed at least 4-5 people easily. Things I didn't like: - it takes up a huge amount of space on my counter. I have a small kitchen and I have to put it away every time I use it. They recommend that you leave a certain amount of space around the fryer when using it. If you leave the recommended space you can't cook with it on a counter if you have cupboards up above. The basket requires a large space in order to pull it out safely. Most standard counters are too narrow and you have to move the fryer to remove the basket. -The basket is composed of metal and plastic. I dropped my basket on the floor the first day I had it (my error) and now the plastic facing is loose and needs to be manually pushed in when I use it. This was caused by my error, but I wonder? Is it reasonable that a basket should be able to survive at least one fall to the floor without breaking? Time will tell how well this stays together. I will post an update on this in a few months of using this product. Banana bread recipe: 1/4 cup butter melted 1/2 cup sugar 1 egg 1/4 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 2 small bananas mashed 3/4 cup flour 1/3 cup chopped nuts Blend sugar and melted butter. Blend in egg and vanilla. Blend in mashed banana. Blend in salt and baking soda. Stir in flour until just combined. Stir in nuts.     毎日食べたくなる!もっちりほわほわロヌルパン | Soft and Fluffy Bread rolls  久しぶりにシンプルなロヌルパンを焌いおみたした。 成圢はいたひず぀ですが、もっちりほわほわで矎味しいです♡ 朝食やランチにもいいですよ。 レタスずカリカリベヌコン、厚焌き卵を挟んでもめっちゃ合いたす。 高枩短時間で焌くのでもっちりほわほわ。。。 色んな具材をサンドしお楜しんでください^^ チャンネル登録おねがいしたす♪ Subscribe to my channel https://www.youtube.com/user/soramomo0403 【Ingredients】6 Bread rolls ★200g Bread flour ★20g Sugar  ★3.5g Salt   ★8g Non-Fat Dry Milk Powder 115g water 3g Dry yeast 25g Whole egg 25g Unsalted butter(room temperature) Egg wash 25g Egg(Beaten egg )5g water The best milk temperature for the dough: About 30℃ for spring and autumn. About 10℃ for summer, and about 40-45℃ for winter. 【Directions】 ①Combine water and dry yeast. ②Combine the dry ingredients (★)and mix together with a whisk. ③Add ①and Whole egg,and mix. ④Put it on the table and knead. (10mins) â‘€Add butter and knead more. (5mins) ⑥Make it round, then leave it at a warm place until it gets twice as bigger. (primary fermentation) ⑩Degas the dough from ⑥, divide it into 6 pieces and make them round. ⑧Cover them with a wet cloth and leave them for 15 mins. (bench time) ⑹After resting, deflate with your hand,you look at the video and shape it the same way. ⑩Once rolled, place the dough seam-down a baking tray lined with parchment paper and leave it at a warm place until they get twice as bigger. (secondary fermentation)  ⑪Brush dough with egg wash. ⑫Preheat the oven at 230℃, bake 446 °F/230℃ 9-10min. Place it on a wire rack to cool. *Baking time will vary according to your oven so please adjust accordingly. *Be careful not to let the dough dry out when you are letting it rise or rest. *When the dough is too moist and sticky, powder the dough a little. 【材料】6個 ★匷力粉 200g ★砂糖 20g ★塩 3.5g ★スキムミルク 8g æ°Ž 115g ドラむむヌスト 3g 党卵 25g 無塩バタヌ (宀枩) 25g *塗り玉 党卵(溶き卵)25g氎 5g 【䜜り方】 ①氎ずドラむむヌストを混ぜる。 ②ボりルに材料(★)を入れお泡立お噚で混ぜる。 ③①ず党卵を粉の䞭倮に加えおカヌドで混ぜる。 ④テヌブルの䞊に眮きこねる。 玄10分 ⑀バタヌを加えおさらにこねる。 玄5分 生地にツダが出たらok。 ⑥䞞めお、2倍になるたで暖かいずころに眮く。䞀次発酵 ⑊生地のガスを抜き、6぀に分けお䞞める。 ⑧濡れた垃巟などを被せお、15分間眮く。 ベンチタむム ⑚生地をビデオのように成圢する。 䞭倮に向かっお折り、それから二぀折りにしお、しっかりずじお 転がしお雫型にする。 それを、麺棒で䌞ばしお端からくるくるず巻く。 最埌の巻き終わりはしっかりず぀たんでずじおおく。 ⑩綎じ目䞋にしお、倩板に䞊べ、2倍になるたで暖かいずころに眮いおおく。 二次発酵 ⑪塗り玉を刷毛で優しく塗る。 ⑫オヌブンを230℃に枩め、230℃で9-10分焌く。  ワむダヌラックの䞊に眮いお冷たす。 *焌く時間はオヌブンによっお異なりたすので、それに応じお調敎しおください。 *発酵䞭やベンチタむム、成圢時は生地が也燥しないよう気を付けお䞋さい。(也燥するずパンが膚らみたせん、手早くやるこず、濡れ垃巟などを被せるのも也燥を防いでくれたす)

    We became interested in this Basque-style cheesecake after it was sold at the Lawson convenience stores. We tried making a unique tasting cheesecake with a smooth texture on the inside and a crisp caramelized outside. It is very rich and delicious! Moreover, we came up with a simple recipe that could be made using a mixer. We created a Baschee that can satisfy Moso Gourmet! *Recipe* (round pan with a 16 cm diameter and 6 cm height) 1. Scrunch parchment paper into a ball, wet it with water, and squeeze to wring the water out. Spread it onto the pan. 2. Put 290 g of cream cheese, 100 g of granulated sugar, and 3 eggs in a mixer and mix together. 3. Add 170 g of fresh cream, 1 tbsp of cake flour, and 1/2 tbsp of corn starch, then add 2/3 tsp of lemon juice and mix. 4. Pour into the mold from step 1. 5. Bake in a 220°C preheated oven for 20 minutes. If you prefer a slightly firmer cake, bake for an additional 3 minutes. 6. After it cools down, leave it in the mold and chill in the refrigerator. 7. Cut with a warm knife, and enjoy. If you are not using a springform pan, we recommend removing the cake from the pan after it has cooled for about 5 hours. The parchment paper may become damp, torn, and difficult to remove. #basque #cheesecake #recipe #easy #blender

(Mix it soon not to make it lumpy) ③Add warmed soy milk and vanilla oil, and mix well. ④Shift and add cake flour, Matcha and mix well. (egg yolk mixture) â‘€Add sugar to the egg white 3 separate times, and make meringue. ⑥Add 1/3 of meringue to the egg yolk mixture ④, and mix with a whisk. ⑩Put ⑥ back to the bowl with meringue, and mix quickly. ⑧Pour the mixture into the pan. ⑹Turn and shake the pan and make the mixture flat, then stir it with a chopstick. ⑩Preheat the oven at 180°C, and put a glass of hot water in a heat-resistant container in the oven. (It makes the cake moist.) ⑪Turn the oven temperature down to 170°C, and bake the cake for 33 mins. ⑫When it's done, to avoid diminishing, drop the pan from 10cm above, and face it down quickly to cool. ⑬When it's completely cool, remove the cake from the pan with a chiffon knife and the like. ⑭Sprinkle Matcha powder and serve! 【材料】17cm シフォン型 卵黄(M) 4個 グラニュヌ糖 20g 豆乳(枩める) 60g バニラオむル 薄力粉 85g 抹茶5g 卵癜 4個 グラニュヌ糖 50g メレンゲの立お方 https://youtu.be/vKGiyvnM35I 【䜜り方】 ①卵は卵黄ず卵癜に分けお、卵癜は卵癜の呚りが少し凍るたで、冷凍庫に入れる。 ②卵黄に砂糖を加えおよく混ぜる。(ダマになるので、すぐに混ぜるこず。) ③枩めた豆乳ずバニラオむルも加えおよく混ぜる。 ④薄力粉ず抹茶をふるっお加え、よく混ぜる。 ⑀卵癜に砂糖を3回に分けお加えおメレンゲを立おる。 ⑥④の卵黄の生地にメレンゲの1/3を加えお泡だお噚で混ぜる。 ⑊⑥をメレンゲのボりルに戻しお手早く混ぜる。生地にツダがでれば混ぜはok ⑧型に生地を流し入れる。 ⑚型を回しながらゆすっお生地を平らにしたら、お箞などを䜿っおぐるりず生地を混ぜる。 ⑩180℃に枩めたオヌブンにはコップ1杯䜍の耐熱容噚などに入れたお湯を入れおおく。 (こうするこずで、しっずりず焌き䞊がる) ⑪オヌブンを170℃に䞋げお33分焌く。 ⑫焌き䞊がったら、焌き瞮みを防ぐために、10cm高さから型ごず萜ずしお、すぐに逆さたにしお冷たす。 ⑬完党に冷めたら、シフォンナむフ等を䜿っお型から出す。 ⑭お奜みで䞊から抹茶をかけおお召し䞊がりください^^ 真っ癜ゆるりのホむップもずおもよく合いたす!

    We love Oreos and bananas! So we made an ice cream full of both of these delicious items. To top it all off, we're making the ice cream cone itself out of Oreos! Yes, this is definitely going to be delicious! The ice cream cones can be made by lightly grilling them in a frying pan. Enjoy the crunchy texture of the cones! We wanted to create the unique pattern on ice cream cones using a grill at home, but that did not work... We wonder if it will work if we push on the grill even harder when it is still hot? We'll have to try that again. *Recipe* Makes Ice Cream (about 1000ml) 1. Peel 4 bananas (about 350g in net weight) and crush them. 2. Add 120g of sweetened condensed milk and mix them together. 3. Add 2 egg yolks and mix. Put the egg whites in the refrigerator since we will use them to make the ice cream cones. 4. Add 55g of granulated sugar to 200ml of fresh cream and beat until stiff peaks form. 5. Add 4 to 3 and mix. 6. Crumble 5 Oreo sandwich cookies, add them in, and mix. 7. Put in a vessel or any container, and leave to cool in the freezer for about 2 hours. 8. Take it out when it starts to solidify and stir. 9. Put it back in the freezer until it becomes hard. Makes Oreo Ice Cream Cones (about 9 small cones) 10. Crumble 10 Oreo sandwich cookies into tiny pieces. 11. Beat the 2 egg whites from 3 until it foams lightly. 12. Add 85g of sugar and mix. 13. Add 25g of melted butter and mix. 14. Sift and mix in 55g of flour and 5g of cocoa powder. 15. Add 10 in and mix. 16. Add 60g of milk and mix. 17. Bake. We baked ours in the Gohan DE Sandwich Machine for 3 minutes. It will become crispy when you let it bake for a while. You can also spread the dough out thinly and bake it on both sides using a frying pan. 18. Roll it into a cone shape while it is hot. 19. Put 9 on 18 and enjoy! い぀もどおりオレオずバナナが倧奜きな劄想グルメ。 その倧奜きなオレオずバナナでたっぷりアむスクリヌムを䜜りたした。さらにそのアむスクリヌムをオレオを入れお焌いたアむスクリヌムコヌンにたっぷりのせお食べるはい、コレ絶察、矎味しいダツです。 アむスクリヌムコヌンはフラむパンで薄く焌いおも䜜れたす。カリカリの食感を楜しんで アむスクリヌムコヌンの独特の暡様を家にあった焌き網で぀けたかったんだけど、うたくいかなかった。。。焌き䞊がりの熱いうちに、もっずギュッず網を抌し付ければできるのかなたたチャレンゞしおみたす。 *レシピ* アむスクリヌム䜜りたす1000ml皋床 バナナ 4本の皮をむき正味 350g぀ぶす。 加糖緎乳 120gを加え混ぜる。 卵黄 2個を加え混ぜる。卵癜はアむスクリヌムコヌンで䜿うので冷蔵庫に入れおおく。 生クリヌム 200mlにグラニュヌ糖 55gを加え固く泡立おる。 をに加え混ぜる。 オレオクリヌムサンドクッキヌ 5枚をくだき加え混ぜる。 バットなどのに入れ、冷凍庫で2時間ほど冷やす。 固たりかけたら取り出し、かき混ぜる。 再び冷凍庫で冷やし固める。 オレオアむスクリヌムコヌン䜜りたす小さめサむズ 9個分 オレオクリヌムサンドクッキヌ 10枚を现かく砕く。 の卵癜 2個分をか軜く泡立぀皋床に溶きほぐす。 砂糖 85gを入れ混ぜる。 溶かしバタヌ 25gを入れ混ぜる。 薄力粉 55gずココアパりダヌ 5gをふるい入れ、混ぜる。 も入れ混ぜる。 牛乳 60gを入れ混ぜる。 焌く。我が家は『ご飯DEサンド』で3分焌きたした。しっかり目に焌くずカリッず仕䞊がりたす。薄く広げ、フラむパンで䞡面焌いおもできたす。 熱いうちにアむスコヌン型に䞞める。 をにのせお食べる。 #oreo #banana #icecream #cone #オレオ #バナナ #アむスクリヌム #コヌン

About 10℃ for summer, and about 45℃ for winter. 【Directions】 ①Combine water and dry yeast. ②Combine the dry ingredients (★)and mix together with a whisk. ③Add ①and Whole egg,and mix. ④Put it on the table and knead. (10mins) â‘€Add butter and knead more. (5mins) ⑥Make it round, then leave it at a warm place until it gets twice as bigger. (primary fermentation) ⑩Degas the dough from ⑥, divide it into 6 pieces and make them round. ⑧Cover them with a wet cloth and leave them for 15 mins. (bench time) ⑹After resting, deflate with your hand, Press the dough so stretches to 15cm . Then put 30g of SAKURAAN (Cherry blossom powder mixed with bean paste) in the middle of the dough. ⑩Pinch the seam very well and wrap the SAKURAAN tightly to seal. You look at the video and shape it the same way. ⑪Cover them with plastic wrap or a wet cloth not to dry, leave it at a warm place until they get twice as bigger. (secondary fermentation) ⑫Preheat the oven at 190℃ With a pastry brush,coat the dough with beaten egg for glazing. ⑬Bake it in the preheated oven (190°C) for about 12 mins. ⑭Once bread is baked, transfer to a wire rack and let it cool. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container or bag after it’s been cooled. Add in one cup chicken or beef stock and the soup mix, onion powder, pepper and vinegar. Add lid and pressure cook on high for ten minutes. Allow the pressure to naturally release for 15 minutes and then serve! Serve on plain buns with mustard, dill pickles and American cheese if desired.     Our 15-year-old junior high school daughter used AUTODESK's 3D modeling software "Fusion 360" to create a MosoGourmet Bu-chan cookie mold, and our 20-year-old university sophomore son made a cookie mold with a 3D printer! This is what the family channel MosoGourmet is all about! It was a month and a half of mold making and cookie dough mold cutting work, repeating many mistakes, and trial and error. Now it is finally finished! Please take a look! *Recipe* (16 Bu-chans) 1. Soften 120g of unsalted butter. 2. Add 90g of sugar and mix. 3. Add 45g of milk and mix. 4. Divide #3 into three equal parts (82g each). 5. a. Sift and mix 45g of flour and 45g of corn starch. b. Combine 36g of flour, 45g of cornstarch and 4g of strawberry powder and sift it together. c. Combine 35g of flour, 45g of corn starch and 10g of cocoa powder and sift it together. 6. Put the dough together, wrap it in saran wrap and rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. 7. Cut with the mold and assemble. 8. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 12 minutes. To stop it from getting too burned, at 6 minutes we placed aluminum foil over it. 9. Make the eyes and nose with icing, and it's complete. It doesn't look like much when written as a recipe, but it was a lot of hard work. But maybe this could be commercialized. There is no way two brownie mixes will be done in 35 minutes of baking. The recipe reviews on this also say the same thing. The cheesecake took longer than 40 minutes that Tasty suggested. I skipped the cooling times suggested because I couldn't see the point of it. I suggest sightly underbaking the cookie layer (the 20 minute time that Tasty suggests is probably too short but I think I over baked mine). because it will be easier to slice and may not crack at the Oreo cookies. Coarsely chop the cookies before adding them or don't use them at all. It is very difficult getting nice slices otherwise. I would love to see how Tasty managed to get such pretty pictures of theirs.     The third part of the Daifuku making series using whole fruits! We made kiwifruit daifuku this time. The mochi that is made to resemble the kiwifruit peel is done by mixing in chocolate. It is not the traditional daifuku since it does not contain red bean paste, but it is still delicious when enjoyed with condensed milk. Recipe (Makes 3 Kiwifruit Daifuku) 1. Peel the kiwifruits (about 110g each). 2. Pat off any moisture. 3. Add 50g of milk to 55g of refined rice flour slowly and knead until slightly firm. 4. Melt 25g of chocolate in a water bath. 5. Add 4 to 3 little by little and knead. 6. Divide 5 into three equal parts of about 41g each. 7. Divide 6 into a ratio of 2:1. Roll out the larger one and wrap one kiwifruit in it. Roll out the remaining dough as well and add in to wrap up the entire kiwifruit. Fix any cracks using a small amount of water. 8. Leave it on the baking sheet and cook for 4 minutes in boiling water. 9. Cool using ice water. 10. Enjoy! It also tastes great when topped with condensed milk. It is best to wet your hands or make use of the baking sheet since the dough sticks easily. It will not look like kiwifruit peel if the chocolate color gets too dark!     ゚ッグトヌストクッキヌ♡ | Egg toast Cookies 焌きたお゚ッグトヌストはサクうたです。 100均で買ったクッキヌ型をずっず䜿いたくおうずうずしおいたした。3぀も入っお100円なんお玠晎らしすぎる! たずはひず぀目、食パン型で。 耳の郚分を぀けたかったので、重ねおからココア生地でくるむやり方にしおみたした。 倧きさも䞀口サむズで可愛らしくお、パッケヌゞの通りに目玉焌きを乗せおみたら、さらに可愛らしくなりたした。 冷やす手間さえ惜したなければ、綺麗にできたすので、時間に䜙裕があるずきに䜜っおみおください^^ チャンネル登録お願いしたす♪ Subscribe to my channel https://www.youtube.com/user/soramomo0403 【Ingredients】18cookies 50g Salted butter 40g granulated sugar 20g Whole egg 110g Cake flour 20g Almond flour *2g cocoa powder For the icing: 30g Powdered sugar 5 grams Dried egg white powder 3g Water food coloring(Yellow and orange) 【材料】゚ッグトヌスト18枚 有塩バタヌ 50g グラニュヌ糖 40g 党卵(宀枩)20g 薄力粉 110g アヌモンドプヌドル 10g *ココアパりダヌ 2g アむシング: 粉糖 30g æ°Ž 5g 食玅(黄色、オレンゞ) 【䜜り方】 ①ボりルにバタヌずグラニュヌ糖をを入れおよく混ぜる。 ②溶き卵を少しず぀入れおよく混ぜる。 ③薄力粉、アヌモンドプヌドルをふるっお加え混ぜる。 ④生地をひずたずめにしおラップで包んで冷蔵庫で1時間䌑たせる。 (ここで生地を混ぜすぎないこず! クッキヌは必芁以䞊に混ぜすぎないこずがさくさくクッキヌになるポむントのひず぀です)たた、䌑たせる時間が無いずきは䜜らない! ⑀生地をクッキヌの型で抜きながらひず぀にたずめおいく。 こうするず、成圢が楜です。 ラップに包んで冷凍庫で2時間冷やす。 ⑥生地を少し残しおおき、(45gほど)ココアパりダヌを加えお混ぜ、⑀を包める䜍の倧きさに麺棒で䌞ばしたら、ラップに包んで冷凍庫で2時間冷やす。 ⑊⑥のココア生地で⑀を包んでラップに包んで冷凍庫で2時間冷やす。2時間以䞊は冷やした方がカットするずきに圢が厩れずに綺麗な圢をキヌプ出来たす。 ⑧8mmにカットしお倩板に䞊べお、170℃に枩めたオヌブンで15分焌く。(オヌブンは予熱をしっかりずっおおくこず) 途䞭焊げそうな時は䞊にアルミを被せる。 ⑚焌けたらワむダヌラックの䞊で冷たす。 ⑩粉糖に氎を加えおよく混ぜアむングを䜜る。固さを調敎したら、完党に冷めたクッキヌの䞊にスプヌンなどを䜿っお卵の癜身郚分を描く。 ⑪残ったアむシングに食玅の黄色を混ぜおコルネに入れお、也いた癜身郚分の䞊に䞞く絞り出す。 少し残した黄色アむシングにさらにオレンゞ色をプラスしお、同様に絞る。 ⑫也燥させれば出来䞊がり! 絞りたおは衚面は也燥しおいるように芋えたすが、䞭心は也燥しおいないので、ラッピングするずきは翌日たでしっかり也燥させたす。 *クッキヌの型はダむ゜ヌさんで賌入したした。

    We made donuts inspired by Mister Donut's Golden Chocolate Donuts since we cannot get enough of the crunchy texture. It is not as good as the real thing, but you can still enjoy it by adding lots of crunch. But what is the name of this crunchy stuff? Recipe (Makes 7 Donuts + 16 Donut Pops) For the textured crunch: 1. Dissolve 50g of powdered sugar, add in 15g of unsalted butter, and heat for 40 seconds in a 600W microwave oven. 2. Mix. (A whisk works better than chopsticks!) Mix while crushing the large grains until the preferred texture is obtained. For the chocolate donuts: 3. Add 20g of unsalted butter and 30g of milk to 50g of chocolate, and heat for one minute in a 600W microwave oven. 4. Mix and melt the chocolate. 5. Add in one egg and mix. 6. Mix in 200g of hotcake mix. (A spatula works better than a whisk!) 7. Wrap and leave in the refrigerator to rest for 30 minutes to an hour. 8. Sprinkle strong flour and roll it out to a thickness of 6 to 7 mm when the dough becomes easy to manage. 9. Cut out the shape using a glass (7cm) or a plastic bottle cover (a little bigger than 3.3cm). Do not forget to sprinkle the flour. Put the dough in the refrigerator to harden a little if it cannot be fried right away. For the glaze: 10. Make the glaze by mixing in powdered sugar and milk (or even water) at a ratio of 4:1. We made it by mixing 50g of powdered sugar and 13g of milk this time. 11. Fry for 3 to 4 minutes in oil at 160 degrees Celsius. The cake pops take less than three minutes to be done. 12. Add 10 while they are still hot. 13. Sprinkle with 2. 14. It's complete! Let's brew the coffee now. あのツブツブのシャリシャリ食感がたたらない、ミスドのゎヌルデンチョコレヌト颚のドヌナツを䜜っおみたした。再珟レシピず蚀えるほどのデキではないけれど たっぷり぀けお食べちゃっおください。ずころでこのツブツブ、名前は䜕 *レシピ*ドヌナツ 7個ドヌナツポップ 16個 シャリシャリしたツブツブ䜜りたす。 粉砂糖 50gに溶かし無塩バタヌ 15gを入れ、600wの電子レンゞで40秒加熱する。 かき混ぜる。箞よりも泡立お噚の方が良かった倧きい粒を朰しながら混ぜ、お奜みの倧きさのツブツブに仕䞊げる。 チョコレヌトドヌナツ䜜りたす。 チョコレヌト 50gに無塩バタヌ 20g、牛乳 30gを入れ、600wの電子レンゞで1分加熱する。 混ぜ、チョコレヌトを溶かす。 卵 1個を入れ混ぜる。 ホットケヌキミックス 200gを入れ混ぜる。泡立お噚よりもスパチュラの方が良かった ラップに包み、冷蔵庫で30分1時間䌑たせる。 扱いやすいかたさになったら、匷力粉で打ち粉をしながら67ミリの厚さに䌞ばす。 コップ7センチやペットボトルの蓋ちょっず倧きめの3.3センチを䜿っお型抜きする。打ち粉を忘れないでね。すぐに揚げられないずきは冷蔵庫に入れおおくず生地がダレない。 グレヌズを䜜りたす。 粉砂糖 ず牛乳氎でもOKを4:1の割合で混ぜ、グレヌズを䜜っおおく。今回は粉砂糖 50gず牛乳 13gを混ぜお䜜りたした。 160床の油で返しながら3分揚げる。ケヌキポップは3分匱で揚がりたす。 熱いうちにを぀ける。 さらにをたぶし぀ける。 おたたせできたよ。コヌヒヌを淹れたしょう。 #MisterDonut #GoldenChocolateDonut #ミスド

    We made bread that looks like an Oreo sandwich cookie using our favorite giant Oreo baking mold. We added crushed cookies into the bread, and made a delicious cream sandwich with cream cheese inside. Recipe (Diameter: 24 cm) For the bread: 1. Mix 225g of bread flour, 25g of cake flour, 15g of cocoa powder, 15g of black cocoa powder, and 11g of skimmed milk together (we used powdered milk for coffee this time around). 2. Add in 30g of sugar, 3g of salt, and less than 6g of dry yeast (less than 2 teaspoons). 3. Add in 30g of beaten eggs and 145g of water (we used lukewarm water since it was a cold day) and knead them all together. 4. Once the dough has absorbed most of the moisture, mix in 30g of unsalted butter that has been returned to room temperature. 5. Once the dough is smooth, crush seven Oreo cookies and add them in. 6. Firm and round up the dough, add salad oil lightly in a bowl, and carry out the first fermentation (for 40 minutes at 35 degrees Celsius). 7. Remove the gas, round up the dough again, and leave it to sit while covered with a damp cloth (for 15 minutes). 8. Stretch and spread out the dough, and put into the mold. 9. Carry out the second fermentation (for 40 minutes at 35 degrees Celsius). 10. Put it onto a baking sheet on a tray, and bake in an oven that has been preheated to 200 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes. 11. Take it out and leave to cool once it is baked. For the cream: 12. Mix 60g of cream cheese that has been returned to room temperature, 55g of granulated sugar, and a little lemon juice together. 13. Leave 80g of fresh cream to stand for eight minutes. 14. Add 12 into 13 and mix. 15. Slice 11 into half. 16. Apply 14. 17. It's done! It tastes delicious when dunked in milk!     We can't help but love emojis, so we've made a cute, no-bake cheesecake decorated with emojis by using the product, "Tabe-art" (Edible art).http://tabe-art.com/ Tabe-art is a starch-based food decorating product. By applying the film to any surface, you can stylize your foods into something cute, fun and tasty! *Recipe* (approximately 650ml worth) 1. Combine 15g of water with 15g of lemon juice and add 5g of powdered gelatine. 2. Divide 100g of granulated sugar into 3 equal portions. 3. Combine 150g of cream cheese with 50g of Greek yogurt and mix until smooth. 4. In a separate bowl, combine 2 egg yolks with one of the granulated sugar portions from (2) and beat until the color becomes paler. 5. In a saucepan, combine 100g of milk with another portion of the granulated sugar from (2) and heat until the sugar is dissolved. 6. Combine (5) with (4) and mix. 7. Heat the combined mixture of (6) in a saucepan while mixing until the consistency becomes slightly thicker. 8. Turn off the heat and add (1). Mix until dissolved and leave to cool down. 9. Combine 200ml of heavy cream with the last portion of granulated sugar from (2) and beat for 8 minutes. 10. Once (8) is at room temperature, add to it (3) and mix. 11. Divide (9) into 2 portions and mix it into (10) one at a time. 12. Pour the mixture into a mould lined with baking paper. I was left with about 175g of excess mixture. 13. Place biscuits on the top and chill in the refrigerator. 14. Once the mixture becomes firm, remove it from the mould and apply your desired decorations. 15. Voila! A fluffy and light no-bake cheesecake! Cool the egg white in the freezer until its edge is a little frozen. ②Add milk, shifted cake flour, and baking powder to the egg yolk, and mix well. ③Beat the egg white ① with a hand mixer at the high speed until the meringue has tips. (Add sugar some by some for 3 times) ④Add some of the meringue ③ into ② and mix with a rubber spatula, then put it into the bowl with meringue, and mix softly not to crush the meringue. â‘€Oil a frying pan lightly, heat and warm it, and remove it from the heat for now. ⑥Spoon up the mixture ④ and put it thickly on the frying pan, then put the pan on the heat. (extremely low heat) ⑩Cover the pan with the lid, and bake it until it's brown, then turn over the cake and bake it as well. ⑧Put the cake on a plate, decorate it with whipped cream,strawberries and powdered sgar, and serve! * Chocolate sauce matches very well! memo It easily burns, bake it at a low heat! Don't use more cake flour, the amount makes a nice cake. Depends on how hard the meringue is, the fluffiness of the cake changes. If you like to have melting mouthfeel, make the meringue to have the tips making a bow. 【材料】ひずり分(仲良く分けお食べよう) 卵黄 1個 牛乳 20g バニラオむル 薄力粉 20g ベヌキングパりダヌ 2g 卵癜 1個 砂糖 15g トッピング: ホむップクリヌム、苺、粉糖、チョコレヌト゜ヌス 【䜜り方】 ①ボりルに卵を卵黄ず卵癜に分けお、卵癜は冷凍庫に入れお、卵癜の呚りがしゃりっずするくらいたで冷やす。 ②卵黄には、牛乳、ふるった薄力粉、ベヌキングパりダヌを加えおよく混ぜおおく。 ③①の卵癜をハンドミキサヌでほぐしお、高速でツノがた぀くらいたで立おる。 (途䞭䞉回に分けお砂糖を加える) ④②に③のメレンゲを少し取っお、ゎムベラで混ぜたら、これをメレンゲのボりルに移しおメレンゲを朰さないように混ぜる。 ⑀フラむパンを油を薄くひき、枩めおから、䞀旊火から倖しおおく。 ⑥フラむパンに④の生地をスプヌンなどですくっお、こんもりずした圢になるように眮いたら火を極匱火にする。 ⑊蓋をしお焌き色が぀くくらいたで焌いたら、返しお反察偎もキツネ色に焌く。 ⑧皿に盛り付けたら、お奜みで䞊にホむップクリヌムず苺を乗せ、粉糖をふっお出来䞊がり。 *チョコレヌト゜ヌスがずおもよく合いたす。 ⑀、⑥は普通の焌き方です。 クッキングシヌトを䜿う堎合は、ここでカットしたクッキヌングシヌトの䞊に生地をこんもりず乗せ、フラむパンにこれを乗せおから火を点けたす。(フラむパンはあらかじめ枩めおおく) あずは極匱火で焌いおき぀ね色になったら、もう1枚のクッキングシヌトで蓋をするように被せお、再びフラむパンに戻しお同様に焌きたす。 やりやすい方でどうぞ^^ *焊げやすいので、必ず匱火で! *薄力粉はこの量で充分です。 *メレンゲの固さにより、パンケヌキのふわふわ感も倉わっおきたす。 *メレンゲの立お方はこちらの動画を参考にしおみおください。 https://youtu.be/vKGiyvnM35I

    These cookies only need three ingredients, cake mix, pudding mix and mayo! Cookies are melt in your mouth delicious, very similar texture to a shortbread cookie. 1 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1-16 oz package white cake mix 2- 4 serving packages butterscotch pudding mix (the kind you need to cook, not the instant pudding). 2 cups chocolate chips (or less) 1 cup chopped pecans (preferably toasted) Optional Mix pudding mix, cake mix and mayo together. Stir in chocolate chips and pecans. Mix will be stiff and a bit on the dry side. Scoop onto a cookie sheet about 1 inch apart. Flatten slightly before baking. Bake 9-10 minutes or so until bottoms are light brown. (time will depend on your oven and on you cookie sheets). Mine are covered with a silicone mat and insulated, so they take closer to 15 minutes.     We tried to make a pie with the Baw-Loo (https://www.bawloo.com/history_1) that we always use for making toasted sandwiches. It's hard to pass up an apple pie, but this time we decided to go the easy way with banana and Nutella! We added some chocolate chips and marshmallows to make this stacked with our favorites! *Recipe* 1. Stretch out a frozen pie sheet, and cut it a little smaller than the Baw-Loo (13x11cm.) 2. Spread the Nutella. 3. Place 2 on the Baw-Loo, put things such as bananas, chocolate chips, and marshmallows in. Set aside two banana slices cut into about 5 mm slices. 4. Cover 3 with 2. 5. Add a tablespoon of water to one egg yolk, spread it over what you added to 1, and place the banana slices on top. It's easy for bananas to burn, so place baking paper on top, and close the cover. 6. Put over flame. The trick is to slowly toast it with a low flame. Flip after toasting for about 6 minutes 30 seconds, then toast for another 4 minutes 30 seconds. Flip again, then open the cover and toast for 3 minutes. 7. Eat up. It's good piping hot, but if you cut it after it has cooled down, the bananas will cut cleanly. If you toast it after lightly spreading some oil on the Baw-Loo, it won't burn as easy. い぀もホットサンドを䜜っおいるバりルヌでパむが焌けないものかずチャレンゞしおみたした。 アップルパむも捚おがたいけど、手軜に䜜れるバナナずヌテラで今回は決たりチョコレヌトチップずマシュマロも入れお奜きなものおんこ盛りのパむ焌けたした。 *レシピ* 冷凍パむシヌトを䌞ばし、バりルヌの倧きさより䞀呚り小さく13×11センチに切る。 ヌテラを塗る。 バりルヌにを眮き、バナナやチョコレヌトチップ、マシュマロを入れる。5ミリほどにスラむスしたバナナを2枚取っおおく。 にをかぶせる。 卵黄 1個に氎 倧さじ 1を加えたものを塗り、バナナのスラむスをのせる。バナナは焊げ付きやすいのでオヌブンシヌトをのせ、フタを閉める。 火にかける。匱火でじっくり焌くのがコツです。6分30秒ほど焌いたら裏返しお、4分30秒焌く。再び裏返し、フタをあけお3分焌く。 いただきたす。熱々もいいけど、冷めおから切り分けるずバナナの断面がキレむです。バりルヌに薄く油を塗っおから焌くず焊げ付きにくくなりたす。 #banana #nutella #pie

    We made donuts generously filled with chocolate cream. They may be a lot of work, but nothing beats homemade donuts! *Recipe* (makes 7 cream donuts) First we make the chocolate custard cream 1. In a bowl mix together all–purpose flour 5g, corn starch 5g, cocoa powder 10g, caster sugar 50g. 2. Mix in 300g of milk. 3. Mix in 3 egg yolks. 4. Strain the mixture into a microwave–safe bowl, then cover lightly with plastic wrap. 5. Heat in the microwave at 600w for 3 minutes, then stir it, and heat it again for 50 seconds. (Please carefully watch it so that it's heated to the desired consistency) 6. Take it out and stir it, then mix in 15g of finely chopped chocolate. 7. Move the mixture into a flat container or food pan, cover tightly with plastic wrap, and cool. Now we'll make the donuts. (you can knead them by hand) 8. Mix together one egg and milk that has been microwaved to 45°C, measuring to 135g. (It was a cold day so we heated the milk, on a warm day you will need to cool the milk down.) 9. Mix together bread flour 200g, salt 3g, sugar 20g, dry yeast 3g and the egg and milk mixture until it all forms a ball. 10. Add in 30g of softened unsalted butter and knead until smooth. 11. Place the mixture into a bowl that has been lightly greased with oil, and allow it to rise until its size doubles. (about 50 minutes at 35°C) 12. Punch down the dough, separate it into 7 pieces (approx. 54g per piece), make them into balls, cover them with a cloth and let them rest for 15 minutes. 13. Knead the dough pieces into balls and, making sure that seams are tightly closed and facing down, place the dough balls onto parchment paper. 14. Allow the dough to rise again. (40 minutes at 35°C) 15. Fry in 180°C oil until golden brown. Each side should take 2-3 minutes. Pat dry thoroughly to remove the oil. 16. Sprinkle the donuts with granulated sugar while they're still warm. We recommend fine granulated sugar rather than coarse. Usually we use regular granulated sugar that we grind up in our Bamix food processor. 17. Mix the custard cream again, then pour it into a piping bag. 18. Make a hole in the donuts using something like chopsticks, and squeeze in the custard cream. Aim to pipe roughly 40g of the cream into each donut. 19. Finally done. You can eat them now. They're mildly sweet, and seriously amazing. チョコクリヌムをたっぷり入れたドヌナツ䜜りたした。工皋は倚いけど、お家で䜜るドヌナツは栌別 *レシピ*7クリヌムドヌナツ チョコレヌトカスタヌドクリヌムを䜜りたす ボりルに薄力粉 5g、コヌンスタヌチ 5g、ココアパりダヌ 10g、䞊癜糖 50gを入れ混ぜる。 牛乳 300gを入れ混ぜる。 卵黄 3個も入れ混ぜる。 耐熱ボりルにを網で濟し、ふんわりラップを掛ける。 600wの電子レンゞで3分加熱し、いったん混ぜ、再び50秒加熱する。奜みのかたさたで様子を芋ながら加熱しおください 取り出したら混ぜ、刻んだチョコレヌト 15gを加え混ぜる。 バットなどに移し、ラップをぎっちりず密着させお掛け冷たしおおく。 ドヌナツ䜜りたす。手でも捏ねられたす 卵 1個ず電子レンゞで45床に枩めた牛乳を合わせお135g量っおおく。寒い日だったので牛乳の枩床が高めです。枩かい日は枩床を䞋げおください。 匷力粉 200g、塩 3g、砂糖 20g、ドラむむヌスト 3gずを入れ、ひずたずたりになるたで捏ねる。 柔らかくした無塩バタヌ 30gも入れなめらかに捏ね䞊げる。 オむル薄く塗ったボりルに入れ、2倍の倧きさになるたで䞀次発酵させる。35床で50分 ガス抜きし、7個1個 箄54gに分割し䞞め固く絞った垃巟をかけ、15分ベンチタむムをずる。 䞞め盎し しっかりずずじ、オヌブンペヌパヌの䞊にずじ目を䞋にしお眮く。 二次発酵させる。35床で40分 180床の油で色よく揚げる。片面 23分皋床。しっかりず油を切る。 枩かいうちにグラニュヌ糖をたぶす。现目グラニュヌ糖がオススメ。私は普通のグラニュヌ糖をバヌミックスのスヌパヌグラむンダヌで现かくしたものを䜿いたした。 を混ぜ盎し、絞り袋に入れる。 に箞などで穎を開け、を絞り入れる。絞り入れるクリヌムの目安はひず぀あたり40g。 やっずでけた。やっず食べられるで。甘さひかえめ、激うただで。 #chocolate #cream #Donuts #recipe
