    We're always thinking about how to add more variety to out daughter’s lunches. This looks look a cute dessert, but it’s really a main dish -- and it looks really boujee! Moso-Mom made something she thought would make a female high school student happy. Honey and lemon are refreshing, so it’s perfect for this season. Absorbing the calcium in yogurt with heighten the vitamins in lemon and help make strong bones. It's not just about looking boujee! *Recipe (17×15.5 centimeter zipper bag – 2) Make the honey lemon 1. Scrub the lemon with salt, then wash with water. Boil in a pot of boiling water for one minute, then wash with water to remove wax and pesticides. 2. Dry off lemon and cut into thin slices. 3. Put lemon into a container, then fill with honey until lemon is submerged. 4. Leave in the refrigerator overnight. Make softened yogurt jelly 5. Put 150g of water, 50g of sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon of powdered vegetable gelatin (~1 teaspoon) into a pot and heat. 6. Boil for about 1 minute to melt. 7. Mix 200g of plain yogurt with 2 tablespoons of the syrup from 4. 8. Mix 7 into 6. 9. Put 8 into a zip lock bag. 10. Once 9 has hardened, line up the lemons from 4 inside the bag. 11. Cool and harden in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. 12. Add cereal to taste, and enjoy! Is the spoon a little small...? Isn’t it hard to eat out of a zip lock bag? You might have some doubts like this, but it’s all worth putting up with for the boujee! 娘のお弁当のバリエーションを増やしたくて、日々 考え中。 かわいいデザートみたいで、それでいて、主食にもなる。 しかも映える。ということで お母さんが考える”女子高生が喜びそうなの作りました。 はちみつレモンが爽やかで これからの季節にぴったり。 ヨーグルトに含まれるカルシウムの吸収をレモンのビタミンが高めて、骨を作る助けになる。 映えだけとは違うのだよ、映えだけとは。 *レシピ*(17✕15.5センチ ジッパーバッグ 2袋) はちみつレモン作ります 1.レモンを塩でこすり洗いし、水で洗う。湯を沸かした鍋で1分ほど湯がき、水洗いし、ワックスや農薬を落とす。 2.水気を拭き取ったレモンを薄切りにする。 3.ビンなどにレモンを入れ、浸かるくらいのはちみつを入れる。 4.冷蔵庫に一晩置く。 やわっとしたヨーグルトゼリーつくります 5.鍋に水 150g、砂糖 50g、粉寒天 小さじ 1/2(~小さじ 1)を入れ火にかける。 6.1分ほど沸騰させ煮溶かす。 7.プレーンヨーグルト 200gに4のシロップ 大さじ 2を入れ混ぜる。 8.7に6を入れ混ぜる。 9.ジッパーバッグに8を流し入れる。 10.9が固まりかけてきたら4のレモンをバッグの内側に沿わせるように差し込み入れる。 11.冷蔵庫で1時間ほど冷やし固める。 12.お好みのシリアルを入れて、いただきます! スプーン短くないかぁ?そもそも、ジッパーバッグって食べづらくない? などなど、いろんな疑問が湧いてきますが、すべては“映え”のためということで。 #honey #lemon #yogurt #jelly #foodbag #はちみつ #レモン #ヨーグルト #ゼリー

    We tried molding the beautiful design of the Coca-Cola bottle with jelly, and making an actual size gummy Coca-Cola bottle out of it. Since it was our first try, and even though we tried to be calm, we were still a bit nervous and this may show in the video. We failed the first time as we poured the melted bottle-colored gummy liquid into the mold while it was still hot, so it stuck to the mold. We admit that we were hasty because we wanted to succeed badly. We calmed down and gave it another try. Check it out. *Recipe* Make the mold: 1. Melt 225g gelatin powder with 1500g hot water and let them chill. 2. Prepare a box that fits an entire Coca-Cola bottle. 3. Wash the empty cola bottle well, stuff it with plastic wrap, and screw on the cap. Turn it upside down and put it in the box prepared in step 2. (Since the bottom was not flat and unstable, we placed kitchen paper.) 4. Pour the chilled jelly mixture from step 1 into the box prepared in step 3. 5. Hold the bottle with your fingers in the center of the box while cooling it with ice water until it is fixed in place. 6. When the bottle is almost still, gently transfer it to the fridge and let it harden. 7. Take out the jelly. 8. Use a string to cut it down the middle. Use a knife for dents and kitchen paper. 9. Remove the bottle from the jelly. 10. Use scissors to cut off the bottle rim section of the jelly and the kitchen paper. 11. Put the jelly halves back together, and put them back in the box. Since the jelly is slippery, it is better to wrap it with parchment paper before putting it back in the box. 12. Plastic wrap the box tightly to contain it so it does not become loose, then let it chill in the fridge. Make the delicious cola gummy: 13. Soak 60g gelatin powder in 250ml (262g) cola. 14. Put 40g caster sugar (granulated sugar) and 100g water in a saucepan, and boil them down to make the caramel. 15. Heat the mixture from step 13 in a 600w microwave oven for 1 minute to melt the gelatin powder. 16. Add the mixture from step 15 to the caramel from step 14. Be careful because it may splatter. If it does not melt, heat it again and keep mixing until it melts. 17. Mix it with 150g room temperature cola and let it cool. 18. Put the mixture you chilled in step 17 (about 38 degrees) into the mold you prepared in step 12. Leave 4.5cm empty at the top. (You can check with a straw since you cannot see inside.) Chill in the fridge. 19. Prepare gummy with the same color as the bottle. Mix 10g gelatin powder with 70g hot water. If it does not melt, heat it in a 600w microwave oven for about 30 seconds to melt it. 20. Add a small amount of shaved ice syrup to color it. Let it cool. 21. Put the colored jelly mixture from step 20 (about 38 degrees) into the mold from step 18. Chill in the fridge. 22. Take out the cola gummy. It is easier to take it out if you wet your hands with water. 23. Done! It also tastes great! We reused the jelly from our first failed attempt to make the mold. We melted it in a saucepan, and made the mold for our second attempt out of it. We are noew eating the mold itself bit by bit! 美しいデザインのあのコカコーラの瓶を使ってゼリーで型取りし、実物大のコーラグミを作ってみました。初めてのチャレンジだったので『冷静に落ち着いて』と心では思っていても なんだかワチャワチャしてしまい、動画にもそれが出てしまっているかもしれません。瓶の色のグミ液を温度が高いまま注いでしまったせいで、型にグミがくっついてしまうというハプニングで1回目 失敗。成功したい気持ちが強すぎて、前のめりになっていたと反省。落ち着いて2回目のチャレンジをしました。どうぞご覧ください。 *レシピ* 型を作ります 1.お湯 1500gに粉ゼラチン 225gを入れ溶かし、冷ましておく。 2.コカ・コーラ瓶がすっぽり入る箱を準備する。 3.よく洗ったコーラの空瓶をラップなどを詰めて蓋をする。飲み口を下にして2に入れる。(入れ物の底が平らでなく不安定だったのでキッチンペーパーを敷きました) 4.3に冷ました1を注ぐ。 5.氷水で冷やしながら、瓶が中央で固定されるまで指で押さえながら冷やす。 6.瓶がほぼ動かなくなったら、そっと冷蔵庫に移し、しっかりと固める。 7.ゼリーを取り出す。 8.糸などを使って真ん中を切る。へこみ部分やキッチンペーパーはナイフを使う。 9.ゼリーから瓶を取り出す。 10.飲み口部分のゼリーとキッチンペーパーをハサミを使って切り取る。 11.ゼリーを元通りに重ね、入れ物に戻す。ゼリーの滑りが悪いので、オーブンペーパーに包んでから箱に戻すとよい。 12.箱が緩まないようにラップなどでキッチリと留め、冷蔵庫で冷やしておく。 おいしいコーラグミを作ります 13.コーラ 250ml(262g)に粉ゼラチン 60gを入れ、ふやかしておく。 14.鍋に上白糖(グラニュー糖)40gと水 100gを入れ煮詰めてカラメルを作る。 15.13を600wの電子レンジで1分加熱し粉ゼラチンを溶かす。 16.飛び跳ねに注意しながら14に15を入れる。溶けないときは再び火にかけ、かき混ぜながら溶かす。 17.常温のコーラ 150gを加え混ぜる。冷ます。 18.冷ました17(38度 程度)を12に入れる。上部分は4.5センチは入れない。(中が見えないのでストローなどを差し込んで様子を見てください)冷蔵庫で冷やしておく。 19.瓶の色のグミを作ります。 お湯 70gに粉ゼラチン 10gを加え混ぜる。溶け切らないときは600wの電子レンジで30秒ほど加熱して溶かしてください。 20.少量のかき氷シロップを入れ着色する。冷ましておく。 21.冷ました20(38度 程度)を18に入れる。冷蔵庫で冷やす。 22.コーラグミを取り出す。手を水で濡らすと取り出しやすい。 23.できた!味もいいね! 型に使ったゼリーは1度目で失敗したものを鍋で加熱し、2回目のチャレンジに再利用しました。使い終わった型のゼリーも少しずつ今食べてる最中です! #diy #CocaCola #gummy #whole #bottle #lifehacks #crafts #コカコーラ #グミ #まるごと #実物大 #コーラアップ #haribo #happycola

    卵に絡めてオムレツみたいに焼いたパスタ作りました。お腹いっぱいになれる、ご機嫌メニューです。発想は海老そば天ぷらと似てます https://youtu.be/gT_HGAvcCFY *レシピ*(1~2人前) 1.パスタを茹でる。 2.茹で上がったパスタをザルにあける。ここで私は物議を醸し出すかもしれないけど、水で濯ぎます(ベトつき抑えられる気がしてます)。そのままでも大丈夫です。 3.卵 2個を解きほぐし、塩 少々、パルメザンチーズのすりおろし 20gを混ぜる。 4.水気を切った2を入れ混ぜる。 5.オリーブオイル 大さじ 1を入れたフライパンで4を焼く。 6.やんわりかたまり始めたら、温めたミートソース 1人前(145g)を入れ、オムレツのようにくるっと包む。 7.お皿に盛り付けて、いただきます。 We made an egg and pasta dish that's similar to an omelette. This next step might be controversial, but I like to rinse our pasta after cooking (I feel like it removes some of the stickiness). If you prefer not to rinse yours, that will work just fine too. 3. Beat two eggs, add a pinch of salt and 20 g of grated Parmesan cheese, mix. 4. Mix in the pasta from step 2 after all the excess water has drained. 5. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and fry the mixture. 6. When it begins to solidify, add one portion of preheated meat sauce (145 g), then fold it like an omelette. 7. Line your baking tray with parchment paper *Add hot water to Matcha and mix well. ①Crack an egg into a bowl.Mix it with a hand-mixer. ②Mix it with a hand-mixer. ③Warm it at a double-boiler at 40°C until it is lukewarm. (when it's lukewarm, remove the bowl from the double-boiler.) ④Add sugar. Beat it quickly with the hand-mixer until it gets thick. Beat it until the mixture thickly sticks to the mixer and falls like ribbon. ⑤Mix it with the hand-mixer slowly for 30 sec to make the mixture smooth. ⑥Add shifted cake flour. Mix it with a rubber spatula. (like ladling out) Mix it well until it gets glossy. ⑦Add 3tablespoon of the batter to the Matcha and mix well. ⑧Put the matcha dough on the baking pan. Pour the Plain dough in the baking pan, and make it flat. Drop the baking pan to get the air bubbles out. ⑨Bake it for 13 min at 180°C(356 °F) ⑩When it's baked, remove it from the baking sheet quickly and cool it on a cake cooler. Wrap the top so that it doesn't get dry. ⑪When the cake is cool, take it out of the paper. Spread the Whipped cream on the brown side. ⑫Roll it and shape it nice, and cool it well in the fridge. *To cut the cake, immerse the knife in hot water each time and slice the cake without using too much pressure, using a back and forth motion. Use a bread knife if you have one! 【材料】25×25cm 天板 抹茶味 ●生地 卵(L) 3個(180g) 上白糖 60g 薄力粉 60g 抹茶 2g お湯 15g ●ホイップクリーム 生クリーム 200g ゆで小豆(缶詰) 100g *生クリームを立ててゆで小豆を加えて混ぜておく。 ********************************************************** 珈琲味 ●生地 卵 3個(180g) 上白糖 60g 薄力粉 60g インスタント珈琲 2g お湯 5g ●ホイップクリーム 生クリーム 200g グラニュー糖 20g 【作り方】 *オーブンは180℃に余熱する。型にはクッキングシートやわら半紙などを敷いておく。 *抹茶にお湯を加えて滑らかになるまでよく混ぜておく。 ①ボウルに卵を割り入れる。 ②ハンドミキサーで混ぜる。 ③湯煎にかけてひと肌位に温める。(ひと肌に温まったら、湯煎から外す) ④砂糖を加える。ハンドミキサーで白くもったりとするまで立てる。(高速) 生地がもったりと羽にくっついて、落ちた生地が リボン状になるくらいまで立てる。 ⑤最後はハンドミキサーの低速で30秒ほどまわして、生地のキメを調える。 ⑥ふるった薄力粉を加える。ゴムベラで混ぜる。 下からすくうようにボウルのふちでゴムベラをかえすようにして混ぜると良い。ツヤがでるまで、しっかりと混ぜる。 ⑦生地を大さじ3杯取って、お湯で溶いた抹茶とよく混ぜる。 ⑧天板に抹茶生地を乗せる(好きな柄にする) 残っているプレーン生地を流し入れ、平らにする。 空気を抜くために天板ごと生地を落とす。 ⑨180℃に予熱したオーブンで1分ほど焼く。 ⑩焼けたらすぐに天板から外して、ケーキクーラーの上で冷ます。上には乾燥しないように、ラップなどをかけておく。 ⑪生地が冷めたら、 紙から外して焼き色がついた方にホイップクリームを塗る。 ⑫巻いて形を調えたら、冷蔵庫でしっかりと冷やす。 *カットする時はナイフをお湯で温めて水滴をふき取って、カットします。 巻いてすぐは切り辛いので、冷蔵庫で少し冷やして落ち着かせるとカットしやすくなります。

    キウイクッキー♡ | Butter Cookies (kiwifruit) so cute! 土砂降りの雨の音を聞きながら作ったのは、キウイクッキー。 動画始めた頃のものを最近見直していて、また作ってます。 今回はグリーンとゴールデンの二種類を作ってみました。 味は抹茶と南瓜ですが、黒ごまつけると途端にキウイになるから面白い! クッキーは日持ちもするし、プレゼントにはぴったり♡ 本物のキウイフルーツと一緒にキウイクッキーも一緒にプレゼントなんて言うのもいいと思います^^ チャンネル登録お願いします♪ Subscribe to my channel https://www.youtube.com/user/soramomo0403 【Ingredients】18cookies 100g Salted butter 70g Powdered sugar 20g Egg yolk Vanilla oil 200g Cake flour 3g Matcha 3g Pumpkin powder For Toppings: Black sesame 【材料】18枚 有塩バター 100g 粉糖70g 卵黄20g バニラオイル 薄力粉200g 抹茶 3g 南瓜パウダー 3g トッピング: 黒ごま 【作り方】 ①ボウルにバターを入れゴムベラで混ぜる。 ②粉糖を加え泡立て器に持ち替えて白っぽくなるまでよく混ぜる。 ③卵黄とバニラオイルを加えてよく混ぜる。 ④薄力粉ふるって加えゴムベラで混ぜる。 ⑤生地をひとまとめにしたら、半分にカットする。半分にカットした生地からそれぞれ1/4量を取り分ける。 ⑥1/4の生地は棒状にし、残っている生地は抹茶と南瓜パウダーを加えて混ぜたら、平らに伸ばす。 ラップで包んで冷蔵庫で1時間休ませる。 ⑦抹茶生地と南瓜生地の中央に棒状にしたプレーン生地を乗せて包み 転がして丸太状に成型する。 ⑧ラップに包んで冷凍庫で1時間冷やす。 ⑨約8mm厚さにカットし、ベーキングシートの上に並べる。 ⑩爪楊枝の先に黒ごまをくっつけて、生地の上に並べてキウイの 柄を描く。 ⑪胡麻を付けている内に生地が少しダレるので、胡麻を乗せ終えたら 一旦生地を冷凍庫で1時間ほど冷やす。 ここで冷やすと形が変形せずに綺麗に焼きあがります。 ⑫170℃に温めたオーブンで15分焼く。(オーブンは予熱をしっかりとっておくこと) 途中焦げそうな時は上にアルミを被せる。 ⑬焼けたらワイヤーラックの上で冷ます。 *梅雨の時期は湿気やすいので翌日プレゼントするときなどは、そのまま天板に戻して、オーブンに入れておき、翌朝軽く焼きなおすといいです。冷めたらラッピングをします。

    Simple but cute ! We made a strawberry cake using store-bought sponge cake. We used the same method for the one we made with bread 7 years ago. https://youtu.be/Tj_xNEWUtBk It does not involve MosoGourmet's weak points: coating the cake with cream or piping cream, so do not hesitate to try it. We are very thankful for the strawberry season, although it is about to end. We are looking forward to it again next year. *Recipe* (15cm diameter/No.5) 1. Add 10g granulated sugar to 20g hot water. After it cools down, add 8g kirschwasser and mix it to make the syrup. 2. Glaze both the top and bottom of the chocolate sponge cake with the syrup made in step 1 on the sides that will be facing the cream. 3. Cut out oval shapes from the top sponge with a cookie cutter (Over 2cm.) 4. Cut out oval shapes from the strawberries as you did in step 3, and slice the remainders of the strawberries. 5. Fit the strawberries from step 4 into the sponge from step 3. 6. Add 20g sugar to 135g fresh cream, and lightly whip. 7. Spread a layer of the whipped cream from step 6 on the bottom sponge. After that, evenly layer on the sliced strawberries from step 4, then spread another layer of whipped cream on top of them. 8. Put on the top sponge from step 5. 9. If you feel the sponge will dry up, glaze the sponge with the syrup from step 1 while avoiding the strawberries. (Some whipped cream leftovers remained.) 10. Chill in the fridge for 1 hour and let it rest. Be careful that it does not dry up. 11. Garnish the strawberries with a green color to imitate their stems. 12. Done. Oh, we had such a plate! So yeah, it looks great when you serve it on a high plate. 簡単にでもかわいく!市販のスポンジを使ったいちごのケーキ作りました。7年前にパンでやったのと同じ手法です。https://youtu.be/Tj_xNEWUtBk 妄想グルメの苦手なナッペもクリームの絞り出しもないから、気軽に作ってみてください。苺の季節がそろそろ終わりです。お世話になりました、また来年。 *レシピ*(15センチ 5号) 1.お湯 20gにグラニュー糖 10gを加えて、粗熱がとれてからキルシュワッサー 8gを加え混ぜシロップを作ります。 2.上下のココアスポンジのクリームを挟む面に1のシロップを塗る。 3.上のスポンジに楕円型(2センチ強)で型押する。 4.苺は3と同じ楕円型で型抜きする。苺の余った部分はスライスしておく。 5.型抜きした4を3にはめ込む。 6.生クリーム 135gにグラニュー糖 20gを加え少し緩めにホイップする。 7.スポンジに6を塗り、4のスライスした苺を全面に並べる。更にホイップクリームを重ねて塗る。 8.5をのせ重ねる。 9.乾くようなら表面の苺を避けてスポンジに1を塗る。(ホイップクリームは少し余りました) 10.冷蔵庫で落ち着くまで1時間程度 冷やす。乾燥しないように気をつけて! 11.苺のヘタに見立てたグルーンをあしらう。 12.できた。こんなお皿持ってたじゃん!ということで高さのあるお皿に盛り付けると感じ出ます。 #strawberry #cake #howto #hacks #kawaii

Chocolate and butter put it in a bowl, then double boil and melt. ②When the chocolate is melted, add sugar and eggwash in order, mix well. ③Shift and add cake flour and cocoa powder, mix well. ④Pour ③ into the pan lined with baking paper, and put Oreo cookies on top. *Crash the cookies so you can see the cream to make a good pattern. ⑤Bake it in the preheated oven (160°C) for about 23 mins. Stick into the brownie with a banboo skewer. It's done if nothing sticks to the skewer, but be careful not to bake too much. ●memo ※The baking time depends on pans, bake for the proper time. You can also use muffin cups (they would take shorter baking time,) but in this recipe, I recommend bakeing it in a big size, and cut it into pieces later.     3時のおやつはサーターアンダギー! | Sata Andagi (Okinawan Donuts) かなり前に動画にしたことのあるサーターアンダギー。 生地が扱いにくいレシピだったので、少し変えて作ってみました。 揚げたてのなんと美味しいことよ! かりかりさくさく、中はふんわり~。 もう、最高じゃないですかっ。 材料も少な目、混ぜるだけ。 しかもアレンジ色々出来そうです。 まずは基本のサーターアンダギー作って、揚げたてを頬張ってみてください♡ チャンネル登録お願いします♪ Subscribe to my channel https://www.youtube.com/user/soramomo0403 【Ingredients】for about 8 Andagi 1Egg(60g) 6g Vegetable Oil 65g Sugar砂糖 150g Cake flour or All Purpose Flour 3g baking powder Frying Oil(Vegetable Oil) 【Directions】 ①Beat the egg in a bowl. Add the Vegetable Oil. Thoroughly mix together. ②Add the Sugar and mix well. ③Sift in cake flour and baking powder,and Mix roughly with a spatula. (Don't mix too much.) ④Wet your hands with vegetable oil and Shape it into a ball. ⑤Gently place the dough into a pot and slowly deep-fry them at a low temperature(302 °F/150℃) ⑥Wait until the dough flows, cracks and browns. ⑦Remove the donuts and place them onto a tray covered with a paper towel. Enjoy! *If your andagi doesn’t cracks, it is probably caused by the following reasons. The oil temperature is too high, the dough is too runny or it is moved too much while cooking. 【材料】8アンダギー 卵1個(60g) サラダ油 6g 砂糖(上白糖) 65g 薄力粉 150g ベーキングパウダー 3g *揚げ油 【作り方】 ①卵をボウルに割り入れ、サラダ油を加える。 よく混ぜ合わせる。 ②砂糖を加えてよく混ぜる。 ③薄力粉とベーキングパウダーをふるい入れ、ゴムベラで混ぜる。 (混ぜすぎないこと) ④手にサラダ油をつけて生地を丸くする。 ⑤生地をそっと鍋に入れ、低温(150℃)でゆっくりと揚げる。 ⑥生地がひび割れして、きつね色になるように揚げる。 ⑦きつね色になったら、ペーパータオルを敷いたトレイなどの上に次々上げる。出来上がり!

    We baked a roll that looks like an ice cream cone, and it's shaped like a teddy bear. It's filled with dreams and a soft custard cream. It's okay if it doesn't turn out flawlessly, those imperfections can be cute in their own way. That's Moso style! *Recipe* (Makes 6 rolls) Making the custard cream 1. Mix 10 g of pastry flour, 3 g corn starch, and 40 g caster sugar. 2. Blend in 200 g of milk. 3. Blend in two egg yolks. 4. Use a sieve to strain the mixture into a heat resistant bowl, then cover loosely with plastic wrap. 5. Heat the mixture for two minutes in a 600w microwave, then stir and heat again for 40 seconds (keep an eye on it while heating, and stop when the custard reaches the consistency you prefer) 6. Remove from the microwave and stir. Add a few drops of vanilla essence and 10 g of unsalted butter, stir. 7. Cover tightly with plastic wrap, and set aside to cool. Making the Roll (can be kneaded by hand) 8. Knead a mixture of 100 g bread flour, 50 g pastry flour, 10 g caster sugar, 2 g salt, 2 g dry yeast, 3 g purple sweet potato powder, 50 g milk, and 50 g water (it was a cool day, so we warmed the milk and water up to about 30°C (86°F)) 9. When it has formed a rough dough, add 8 g of unsalted butter, and knead until smooth. 10. Form the dough into a ball, and place it into a bowl that has been thinly coated with vegetable oil. Let ferment for 40 minutes at 35°C (95°F). The dough should be twice its original size (first rise). 11. Punch down the dough. 12. Remove 17 g of dough for the ears, and divide the remaining dough into six equal parts (each should be about 40 g). Cut the dough for the ears into 12 equal portions. For each of the 18 pieces, stretch out the dough from the smooth surfaces, then tuck the cut surface inside and form a ball. 13. Cover with a damp towel, and let sit for 15 minutes (bench rest) 14. Reform the dough into a teardrop shape, and insert it into an ice cream cone. 15. Add notches using scissors, and attach the ears. Use skewers or something similar to hold the ears in place and ensure they don't fall off. 16. Let the dough ferment for 30 minutes at 35°C (95°F). It should grow to 1.5 times the original size (second rise). 17. Preheat oven to 180°C (356°F), then lower the temperature to 150°C (302°F) and bake for 16 minutes. 18. Add white chocolate while the rolls are still hot. 19. Once the white chocolate has almost completely hardened, draw the faces using chocolate. 20. Place the custard from step 7 in a pastry bag, and fill the rolls. They should be able to fit a little over 20 g. 21. All done. Even if they turn out a bit warped they're still cute! アイスクリームみたいなパン焼きました。しかも、くまさん。 中には夢とゆるいカスタードクリームが詰まってます。 きちっと できなくても そこが可愛さになる、それが妄想スタイルです。 *レシピ*(6個分) カスタードクリーム作ります 1.薄力粉 10g、コーンスターチ 3g、上白糖 40gを入れ混ぜる。 2.牛乳 200gを入れ混ぜる。 3.卵黄 2個も入れ混ぜる。 4.耐熱ボウルに3を網で濾し、ふんわりとラップを掛ける。 5.600wの電子レンジで2分加熱し、いったん混ぜ、再び40秒加熱する。(好みのかたさまで様子を見ながら加熱してください) 6.取り出したら混ぜ、バニラエッセンス 数滴と無塩バター 10gを加え混ぜる。 7.ラップをぴっちりと密着させて掛け冷ましておく。 パンを作ります(手でも捏ねても作れます) 8.強力粉 100g、薄力粉 50g、上白糖 10g、塩 2g、ドライイースト 2g、紫芋パウダー 3g、牛乳 50g、水 50g(牛乳と水は室温の低い日だったので 30度くらいに温めました)を合わせて捏ねていく。 9.ザッとひとまとまりになったら、無塩バター 8gを加え、なめらかになるまで捏ねる。 10.丸くまとめ植物油を薄く塗ったボウルに入れ、35度で40分、生地が2倍くらいになるまで発酵させる(1次発酵)。 11.ガス抜きをする。 12.生地を耳分17gを取り分け、残りを6等分(1個あたり およそ40g)にする。耳部分を12等分に切り分ける。全18個は、なめらかな面の生地を引っ張って、切り口が内側になるように摘んで丸める。 13.ぬれぶきんを掛け、15分置く。(ベンチタイム) 14.涙型に丸め直し、アイスクリームコーンに入れる。 15.ハサミで切込みを入れ、耳をつける。竹串などでさらに抑え、耳が落ちないようにする。 16.35度で30分、生地が1.5倍くらいになるまで発酵させる(2次発酵)。 17.180度に予熱したをオーブンの温度を150度に下げ16分焼く。 18.熱いうちに丸いホワイトチョコレートをつける。 19.ホワイトチョコレートがほぼ固まったら、チョコレートで顔を描く。 20.7を絞り袋に入れ、19に絞り入れる。20g強入ります。 21.でけた。ブサイクでもいびつでもかわいいのだ。 #teddybear #icecream #bread #roll #アイスクリーム #アイスクリームコーン #パン

(10mins) ⑤Add butter and knead more. (5mins) ⑥Make it round, then leave it at a warm place until it gets twice as bigger. (primary fermentation) ⑦Degas the dough from ⑥, and make them round. ⑧Cover them with a wet cloth and leave them for 15 mins. (bench time) ⑨Roll the dough out with a rolling pin about 15 wide x 25 cm long. Divide the dough into 15 equal pieces. ⑩Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and leave it at a warm place until they get twice as bigger. (secondary fermentation)  ⑪Bake it in the preheated oven (190°C) for about 12 mins. When the tops are browned they're good to go! ⑫ Place it on a wire rack to cool. *Baking time will vary according to your oven so please adjust accordingly. *Be careful not to let the dough dry out when you are letting it rise or rest. 【材料】15個 ★強力粉 250g ★薄力粉 30g ★砂糖20g  ★塩 3g   ●牛乳145g ●水 40g ●ドライイースト(赤サフ)3g 無塩バター(室温)20g 【作り方】 ①牛乳と水、ドライイーストを混ぜる。 ②ボウルに材料(★)を入れて泡立て器で混ぜる。 ③①を粉の中央に加えて混ぜる。 ④テーブルの上に置きこねる。 (約10分) ⑤バターを加えてさらにこねる。 (約5分) 生地にツヤが出たらok。 ⑥丸めて、2倍になるまで暖かいところに置く。(一次発酵) ⑦生地のガスを抜き、丸める。 ⑧濡れた布巾などを被せて、15分間置く。 (ベンチタイム) ⑨生地をガス抜き麺棒で幅15×長さ25 cmの大きさにする。 ピザカッターやカードなどを使って生地を15個に分割する。 ⑩天板に並べ、2倍になるまで暖かいところに置いておく。 (二次発酵) ⑪190℃に温めたオーブンで12分焼く。 こんがり焼き色がつけばok! ⑫ワイヤーラックの上に置いて冷ます。 *焼く時間はオーブンによって異なりますので、それに応じて調整してください。 *発酵中やベンチタイム、成形時は生地が乾燥しないよう気を付けて下さい。(乾燥するとパンが膨らみません、手早くやること、濡れ布巾などを被せるのも乾燥を防いでくれます) パン冷凍の仕方 ひとつずつアルミホイルで包み、ジップロックなどの冷凍用保存袋に なるべく空気を抜いて入れて冷凍します。 解凍は自然解凍。アルミに包んだままトースターでリベイクするといいですよ。 パンはどんどん風味が落ちますので冷凍のタイミングはパンが冷めたらすぐにしましょう。 冷蔵はNGです。

    We made an aspic jelly filled with plenty of kiwi fruit! This is a refreshing jelly dessert filled with kiwi fruit, which we heated to the texture of a soft compote. This turned out to be an enjoyable dessert with cute kiwi fruit cross-sections. *Recipe* (5.5 x 27 x 4 cm high pound cake mold, which should hold about 600 ml of water) 1. Peal the kiwi fruit and slice vertically into 4 equal pieces. 2. Add 200 ml of your favorite fruit juice and 25 grams of sugar to a heatproof bowl and heat in a 600 w microwave for 2 and a half minutes to melt the sugar. 3. Mix in the sliced kiwi fruit (Step 1) and heat in the microwave for 1 minute. (When we heated the kiwi fruit for 1 and a half minutes, it became partially discolored) 4. Remove the kiwi fruit. Sprinkle in and mix 1 teaspoon of agar powder (2.5 grams) to the juice mixture. 5. Heat the juice mixture in the microwave for about 1 minute after it starts to boil. We heated the mixture for about 3 minutes. 6. Stir the mixture and then add 50 ml of room temperature fruit juice. 7. If concerned about seeds, strain the liquid. Let the mixture cool. 8. Lay plastic wrap in the mold. Pack the kiwi fruit (Step 4) into the mold. 9. Add in the juice mixture (Step 7) and chill. 10. Gently remove the aspic from the mold, and gently slice. It's really beautiful, isn't it? We originally tried to make this with a gelatin-juice mixture (fruit juice and 5% powdered gelatin) but the powerful enzymes from the kiwi fruit prevented the gelatin from setting, so we failed on our try! We tried again using agar instead as per cooking theory. This was the first time we heated powdered agar in the microwave instead of using a pan, but we had no problems heating it through. Even so, enzymes sure are powerful! They breakdown proteins very well. Our first experiment failed, but it sure was fun! キウイフルーツをいっぱい詰め込んだアスピック作りました。加熱しコンポートっぽく、少し柔らかくなったキウイフルーツを型いっぱいに入れた涼やかなゼリー寄せです。かわいいキウイフルーツの断面を楽しめるデザートになりました。 *レシピ*(5.5✕27✕h4センチのパウンド型・満水量 600ml程) 1.キウイフルーツの皮をむき、縦方向に4等分する。 2.耐熱ボウルにお好みのフルーツジュース 200mlと砂糖 25gを入れ、600wの電子レンジで2分30秒ほど加熱し砂糖を溶かす。 3.1を入れざっと混ぜ、電子レンジで1分加熱する。(1分30秒加熱したらグリーンのキュウイフルーツが一部変色してしまいました) 4.キウイフルーツを取り出し、粉寒天 小さじ 1(2.5g)を振り入れ混ぜる。 5.電子レンジで加熱する。沸騰してから1分程度加熱する。全部で3分程度加熱ました。 6.ひと混ぜしてから常温のフルーツジュース 50mlを入れ混ぜる。 7.種などが気になるようなら濾す。粗熱を取る。 8.型にラップを敷き込み、4のキウイフルーツを詰める。 8.7を流し込み、冷やす。 9.そっと取り出し、そっと切り分ける。きれいだな。 最初はゼラチンゼリー液(フルーツジュースに対して5%の割合の粉ゼラチン)で作ろうとしたのですが、加熱したにもかかわらず、大量のキウイフルーツの酵素にゼラチンが負けてしまい固まらず失敗!セオリー通り粉寒天で作り直しました。 粉寒天を鍋ではなく電子レンジで加熱して作ることを初めて試みましたが、きちんと加熱すればできましたよ。 それにしても、酵素強い。タンパク質を溶かすんだね。実験みたいで一度は失敗したけど楽しかったです。 #ゼスプリ #キウイ #ゼリーテリーヌ #寒天 #zespri #kiwifruit #aspic #ASMR

(10mins) ⑤Add butter and knead more. (5mins) ⑥Make it round, then leave it at a warm place until it gets twice as bigger. (primary fermentation) ⑦Degas the dough from ⑥, divide it into 8 pieces and make them round. ⑧Cover them with a wet cloth and leave them for 15 mins. (bench time) ⑨After resting, deflate with your hand, Press the dough so stretches to 12cm . ⑩Cut the dough and put fillings and you look at the video and shape it the same way. ⑪Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and leave it at a warm place until they get twice as bigger. (secondary fermentation) ⑫ Using a pastry brush, brush all sides of the dough with an egg wash. ⑬Bake it in the preheated oven (190°C) for about 14 mins. When the tops are browned they're good to go! ⑭ Place it on a wire rack to cool. *Baking time will vary according to your oven so please adjust accordingly. *Be careful not to let the dough dry out when you are letting it rise or rest. *If you don't seal the seams securely closed, they'll come apart during the 2nd rising. 【材料】8個 ★強力粉200g ★砂糖10g  ★塩3g   ●牛乳143g ●ドライイースト(赤サフ)3g 無塩バター(室温)14g フィリング: ツナ(オイル漬け缶詰) 45g コーン 40g マヨネーズ -塗り玉- 卵(L)1/2個に水小さじ1を加えてよく混ぜる 【作り方】 ①牛乳とドライイーストを混ぜる。 ②ボウルに材料(★)を入れて泡立て器で混ぜる。 ③①を粉の中央に加えて混ぜる。 ④テーブルの上に置きこねる。 (約10分) ⑤バターを加えてさらにこねる。 (約5分) 生地にツヤが出たらok。 ⑥丸めて、2倍になるまで暖かいところに置く。(一次発酵) ⑦生地のガスを抜き、8つに分けて丸める。 ⑧濡れた布巾などを被せて、15分間置く。 (ベンチタイム) ⑨生地をガス抜き麺棒で12 cmの大きさにする。 ⑩生地を1/2位のところをピザカッターなどでカットして 反対側にマヨネーズ、コーン、ツナを乗せて、動画のように形を整える。くるりと巻いた時に綴じ目をしっかり綴じると二次発酵後の形が綺麗にできます。 ここで具材が多すぎるとうまく巻けないので入れすぎ注意です。 ⑪オーブンシート敷いた天板の上に並べ、2倍になるまで暖かいところに置いておく。 (二次発酵) ⑫生地を傷つけないよう優しく塗り玉を塗る。 ⑬予熱したオーブン(190℃)で約14分間焼く。 綺麗な焼き色になればok。 ⑭ワイヤーラックの上で冷ます。 *焼く時間はオーブンによって異なりますので、それに応じて調整してください。 *発酵中やベンチタイム、成形時は生地が乾燥しないよう気を付けて下さい。(乾燥するとパンが膨らみません、手早くやること、濡れ布巾などを被せるのも乾燥を防いでくれます) *味があっさり目なので、上にケチャップを塗ってもok。

    We used an empty plastic bottle to make a gelatin dessert that looks like a watermelon. This watermelon gelatin dessert has a nostalgic strawberry taste. This recipe is light on both sweetening and coloring, so feel free to add syrup to taste. It's hard to tell on the video, but when completely cooled, it will solidify to the consistency of gummy candy. *Recipe* (enough to fill one 500 ml plastic bottle) 1. Thoroughly wash a plastic bottle, then coat the inside with a thin layer of vegetable oil. (You should still be able to remove the gelatin if you skip the oil) 2. For the green gelatin, dissolve 13 g of gelatin powder in 115 g of hot water. Stir in 18 ml (22 g) of green syrup. 3. Add the mixture to the plastic bottle from step 1, then place in ice water and circulate to cool. 4. For the clear gelatin, dissolve 11 g of gelatin powder in 95 g of hot water. Stir in 12 ml (15 g) of clear syrup. 5. Add this to the cooled mixture from step 3, then cool again in ice water. 6. For the red gelatin, dissolve 28 g of gelatin powder in 240 g of hot water. Stir in 42 ml (50 g) of red syrup. The grocery store syrup wasn't quite red enough, so we added 3 g of Monin red syrup. 7. Cool the liquid gelatin with ice water. Once it starts to thicken, mix in some chocolate sprinkles. 8. Pour this mixture into the bottle from step 5. It will rapidly begin to solidify, so do this quickly. 9. Cool completely in the refrigerator. 10. Remove from the plastic bottle, and cut into slices. If you warm up a knife in hot water, and don't dry it off, it will cut through the gelatin very cleanly. A slice guide for slicing bread came in handy here. 11. Dig in. Gelatin is a perfect snack for the summer months. 空きペットボトルを使って、スイカみたいなゼリーを作りました。懐かしのイチゴ味のスイカゼリーです。色も甘さも控えめレシピです。お好みでシロップを追加してください。動画では分かりづらいですが、しっかり冷やすとグミほどのかたさが出ます。 *レシピ*(500mlのペットボトル 1本分) 1.よく洗ったペットボトルの内側に植物油を薄く塗る。(省略してもゼリーを取り出すことができそうでした。) 2.緑のゼリー作ります。お湯 115gに粉ゼラチン 13gを溶かす。緑のシロップ 18ml(22g)を入れ混ぜる。 3.1のペットボトルに入れ、氷水に入れ回しながら冷やす。 4.透明のゼリー作ります。お湯 95gに粉ゼラチン 11gを溶かす。透明のシロップ 12ml(15g)を入れ混ぜる。 5.3に入れ、氷水に入れ回しながら冷やす。 6.赤のゼリー作ります。お湯 240gに粉ゼラチン 28gを溶かす。赤のシロップ 42ml(50g)を入れ混ぜる。明治屋のシロップだけでは赤が足りなかったのでモナンの赤シロップを3g足しました。 7.氷水にあてながらゼリー液を冷やす。少しとろみが付いたら、チョコスプレー(チョコレートスプリンクル)を加え混ぜる。 8.5に流し入れる。固まりだすと早いので急いで作業する。 9.冷蔵庫でしっかりと冷やす。 10.ペットボトルから取り出し、切り分ける。お湯で温めたナイフで水分を拭わず切るときれいに切れます。パンを切るときに使うスライスガイドを使うと便利でした。 11.いただきます。暑くなってくるとゼリーがおいしい、ってかこれ妄想グルメのスイカシリーズ2019第一弾だわ! #watermelon #jelly #lifehacks #PETbottles #crafts #summer #スイカ #ゼリー #ペットボトル

    We made a cream cheese pudding that almost looks like a plastic food sample with maple syrup just being poured over. The pudding itself has maple syrup in it too, so it tastes super rich and smooth. You will probably find the spoon sticking out unnecessary (because it is!), but try thinking of it as something similar to those paper cake toppers that are also inedible. Now you don't mind it, do you? Recipe (for 2 200ml cups of pudding and some extra--about 500ml in total) First, let's make maple syrup cheese pudding. 1. Stir 100g cream cheese until smooth. Add 110g maple syrup and stir. 2. Add 2 beaten eggs and stir more. 3. Put 100g milk and 100g cream into a saucepan and heat it up to just below boiling point. 4. Mix 6g gelatin with 30g water. Microwave at 600w for about 30 seconds to melt the gelatin. 5. Add 4 to 3 and stir. 6. Add 5 to 2 and stir. 7. Filter 6. 8. Put the bowl it in ice water and stir until cooled and slightly thick. 9. Dip the cups in water, then pour the pudding into them. 10. Refrigerate until the pudding is set. 11. When it is set, wrap the cup with a warm cloth to serve the pudding on a plate. Put it back in the refrigerator to keep it cool. Next, let's make the maple syrup on the top. 12. Mix 4g gelatin with 20g water. Microwave at 600w for about 20 seconds to melt the gelatin. 13. Add 12 to 65g maple syrup. 14. Put the bowl it in ice water and stir until cooled and slightly thick. 15. Take 11 out of the refrigerator. Pour 14 over it little by little and gently stick in a spoon. To make a little mound of syrup, refrigerate the pudding again and add more maple syrup on top later. If the maple syrup jelly hardens up, put the bowl in a bigger bowl of hot water to loosen it up. 16. Done and done!     1/2 cup butter 1 cup water 1 cup all purpose flour 1/2 tsp salt 4 eggs Melt butter in the water over medium high heat and cook until boiling. Remove from heat and stir in flour and salt until combined and smooth. Allow to cool for 3 minutes. Beat in the eggs one at a time. Pipe the batter onto greased parchment paper squares. Gently place batter and paper into hot oil (350F), the paper will release very quickly, remove with tongs. Cook about 2-3 minutes per side. until puffy and browned. Remove and allow to drain on paper towels. Dip or drizzle with glaze. (2 cups powdered sugar mixed with enough milk to make a drizzling consistency.     話題の業務スーパーの“タピオカドリンク”。品切れ・入荷未定で、ずっと買えなかったけど、とうとう入手しました! 外でいろんなタピオカドリンクを娘とよく飲むけど、それに比べてもこの商品はフツーにおいしい!しかも牛乳と氷を入れるだけ、極太ストローまでついてる手軽さがまた すごい! 今回、この“タピオカドリンク”をやわやわの飲めるゼリーにアレンジ。氷に見立てたナタデココを浮かべて、びっくりデザートにしてみました。時代は令和となりましたが、タピオカとナタデココ、奇しくも平成を代表するスイーツの共演となりました。 *レシピ*(満水状態 220ml カップ 4個分) 1.粉ゼラチン 10gを50gの水に振り入れておく。 2.業務スーパーの冷凍“タピオカドリンク”3袋を解凍する。湯煎で約4分。 3.タピオカとミルクティーの素を分け、タピオカをカップに入れておく。 4.牛乳 500mlを人肌(40度)に温める。 5.1を600wの電子レンジで様子を見ながら加熱し、粉ゼラチンを溶かす。(沸騰させない) 6.4に5を入れ混ぜる。 7.3のミルクティーの素も入れ混ぜる。 8.氷水にあて、混ぜながら冷やす。 9.3のカップに8を流し入れる。 10.冷蔵庫で20分ほど冷やし、表面がやっと固まってきたら氷に見立てたナタデココ 110gを入れる。付属のストローも入れ、しっかりと冷やす。 11.できあがり。うっまい。 For a while we were unable to purchase the popular "Tapioca Drink" carried by Gyomu Super due to it being out of stock, but we finally got our hands on it! We've tried tapioca drinks from various shops with our daughter and this product is just as delicious! On top of that, it's as simple as adding in milk and ice, plus it comes with its own wide straw! This time we thought we would turn this "Tapioca Drink" into a soft drinkable jelly. We wanted to try making a surprise dessert with ice cube-shaped Nata de Coco (coconut jelly product) floating in it. While the period is now Reiwa, tapioca and Nata de Coco are two sweets that have, oddly enough, become representative of the Heisei period. *Recipe* (for four full 220 ml cups) 1. Sift 10 g of powdered gelatin into 50 g of water and set aside. 2. Defrost three bags of Gyomu Super's frozen "Tapioca Drink." This will take about 4 minutes over a double boiler. 3. Separate the tapioca from the milk tea, put the tapioca in a cup and set aside. 4. Heat 500 ml of milk until warm (40°C). 5. Heat the water and gelatin mixture in a microwave at 600 W to dissolve the powdered gelatin (keep an eye on it and do not let it boil). 6. Combine the warm milk with the water and gelatin mixture. 7. Stir in the milk tea from Step 3 of the recipe. 8. Continue stirring the mixture over an ice bath to cool. 9. Pour the mixture into three cups. 10. Cool in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes. Once the surface has finally solidified, add 110 g of ice cube-shaped nata de coco. Insert the straws included and chill well. 11. All done. Delish! #タピオカ #ミルクティー #ナタデココ #レシピ #bubbletea #boba
